Chief is a product of Catalyst Partners Venture LLC, a Florida limited liability company. All references to “Chief,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Catalyst Partners Venture LLC and its Chief platform.
What Information We Collect
When you contact us, request a demo, or interact with Chief services, we collect:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your phone number and company name (if provided)
- CRM data, workflow outputs, and activity logs generated through the Chief platform
- Usage data and interaction logs within the platform
- Your communication preferences
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Platform Operations: Deliver, maintain, and improve the Chief AI workforce platform
- Communications: Send platform updates, product announcements, and support responses
- Compliance: Maintain audit logs and records required under applicable law
- Analytics: Understand platform usage to improve performance and reliability
We will never sell your information to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
Communications Consent
By checking the consent box on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive communications from Chief (Catalyst Partners Venture LLC) via the following channels:
- Email: Platform updates, marketing communications, onboarding, and responses to inquiries
- SMS/Text Messages: Service notifications, follow-ups, and operational updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Phone Calls: Consultation calls, demos, and service-related communications, which may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice
- AI-Generated Voice: Some calls may use artificial intelligence-generated voice technology. You will be informed at the start of any such call that you are speaking with an AI voice agent.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time.
- Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe from text messages
- Reply HELP to any SMS for assistance
- Request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list at any time
- Request human-only contact (no AI voice) at any time
- Click unsubscribe in any email to opt out of email communications

Call Recording
Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. You will be notified at the beginning of any recorded call. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may request to end the call or opt out of future recorded communications by contacting us at go@chief.works.
Client Outbound Communications
Chief provides AI workforce infrastructure that clients use to conduct outbound calling and SMS campaigns. Clients are the callers and senders of record for all such communications. Client campaigns may utilize AI-generated voice technology, automated dialing systems, and prerecorded messages. All communications operated through Chief infrastructure include:
- Clear identification of the sending business
- Disclosure of AI voice technology at the start of AI-initiated calls
- Opt-out instructions in every message (reply STOP to unsubscribe)
- Help information available by replying HELP
Your Rights & Control
You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe anytime: Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out immediately.
- Update your preferences: Contact us to change how we communicate with you
- Request deletion: Ask us to delete all personal information we hold about you
- Access your data: Request a copy of what information we have on file

Cookies & Site Analytics
We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Data Security
Your information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Chief's infrastructure uses SOC 2 compliant cloud providers and follows strict data protection practices. Platform logs and CRM activity data are stored with access controls and retained only as long as necessary for platform operations and legal compliance.
TCPA & Regulatory Compliance
All direct communications from Chief are conducted in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable state Do Not Call (DNC) regulations, the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and the CAN-SPAM Act.
Chief provides AI workforce infrastructure for real estate businesses. Our clients are the callers of record and are responsible for maintaining proper opt-in records, complying with TCPA, applicable state DNC regulations, and the TSR. This includes obtaining express written consent before initiating calls using AI-generated voice, automatic telephone dialing systems, or prerecorded messages.
Chief provides compliance tooling including Shield (phone validation, consent matrix, state DNC rules), contact filtering, and audit logging to assist clients in meeting their obligations. Chief is a technology provider, not a legal compliance advisor.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify users of significant changes via email.
