Chief is now running your operation. The first 90 days are still hands-on — we’re on weekly calls, in your Slack, and actively optimizing. After month 3, we shift to managed operations: monthly reviews, ongoing monitoring, and you stop thinking about the machine and start thinking about the deals it’s feeding you.
Stabilization (Months 1–3):

Section 04 — Your Investment

Half the setup on signing. The other half when your 28 agents go live — because we don’t collect on work that isn’t proven. Monthly license starts the day agents start working. The first 90 days include enhanced support with weekly calls and active tuning. After that, managed operations at a lower rate.

We’ll walk you through costs, API estimates, and payment terms on the audit call. No surprises.

Put it in writing
Email or Slack. Describe what you want changed or added. Hallway conversations don’t count. Ink or it didn’t happen.

We scope it in 3 business days
You get a written estimate with scope and cost. No work starts until you approve in writing. “Yeah that sounds good” on a call is not approval.

Sign the change order
Both parties sign. 50% on signing, 50% on delivery. Same structure as the original engagement.

We schedule it
Change order work gets scheduled without derailing active operations — unless the change order says otherwise.
