Tisa has spent 18 years inside real estate operations—not advising from the sidelines, but in the weeds building the systems that make deals close.

Her career started on the ground floor: project managing six residential communities, then running sales and marketing for the same developer—where she trained every incoming sales agent and increased close rates by 47%. She went on to work with executive staff on financial planning, assist with company operations, and build a financial institution to cover client lending. From permitting to engineering to the close, she’s touched every part of the machine.

After new construction, she moved into large acreage transactions and conservation easements in Middle Tennessee—managing multi-year projects across 25,000 acres, completing $12.8M in rural land sales, and becoming the go-to resource for complex real estate needs in the region.

The telephony side runs just as deep. Tisa spent years immersed in high-volume outbound calling operations—20,000+ dials per day, dialer infrastructure, connection rates, compliance at scale. She understands DIDs, call routing, and the gap between “we made 500 dials” and “we had 40 conversations.” Most people in REI don’t even know what they don’t know about telephony. Tisa does—and it’s baked into how Chief is built.

As a Fractional CRO through Catalyst Partners, she’s served 12 REI teams—diagnosing what’s actually broken (not what appears to be), building systems in their tech stack, and handing them the keys. One client went from 50 to 200+ annual deals. At a previous role as Chief Revenue Officer for a real estate investment company, she took average deal revenue from $23K to $53K in six months. Same leads. Same market. Different system.

She built Chief because she got tired of fixing the same problems one client at a time. Every wholesale operation has the same failure points—lead decay, qualification bottlenecks, dispo chaos, TC delays, and compliance gaps most teams don’t even know they have. The patterns are clear. The solution should be too.
